Not only did the hotel go above and beyond by returning the documents we accidentally left behind, but the ironing facilities and excellent heating made our stay incredibly comfortable. the well-stocked tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious sitting area and dining table provided. the free toiletries in the bathroom were a nice added bonus, and the fact that there was a washing machine available made our stay even more convenient. We also appreciated the electric kettle for making hot drinks in the morning. the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings, and the carpeted floors added a cozy touch to the apartment. the proximity to great local restaurants like Shimla and Mario's Pizza was a huge plus, and we enjoyed exploring the area and trying out different cuisines. Overall, our experience at the hotel was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
